Should you send us personal information through the website, via email, or enquiry form or booking form, that information will be securely kept and not shared out with the owners of Auld Mission Cottage.  It will be used to answer any enquiry or make a booking if requested. We will not share it with any third parties.  We will take all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.  We will store your personal information you provide via the website on a secure server.  Should your contact with us develop into a booking then details will be saved and protected by encryption technology. We will not use your contact details for direct marketing purposes to you unless you request it by signing to our newsletter through the website.

Holiday Rent Payment by Yapstone, and provided by our booking system provided by Supercontrol. You can view their Privacy Policy on their website. We will share information with them as necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website, refunds or dealing with complaints and or queries relating to said payments or refunds.

Updates

We may update this privacy policy from time to time by posting a new version on our website as knowledge of the new regulations develop.  You should check this policy occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.

Access to Personal Information

You can ask us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you, for knowledge and accuracy.  We would require proof of identity.  You can also ask us to delete your personal information.
